PEX-B Pipes
PEX-B Pipes are the product of Mardin Boru manufactured from cross-linked Polyethylene for underfloor heating systems, mobile central heating and sanitary systems. Cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) is a material whose straight molecular chains are strengthened by cross-links. Mardin Boru has chosen the PEX-b manufacturing method, which is the most common and reliable method in the world for PEX manufacturing. PEX-b pipes are crosslinked by steam curing after manufacturing. The crosslinks provide extra properties to the material after manufacturing. In the new condition, the temperature and compressive strength of the material has increased. There is no decrease in the service life of the pipe with increased strength. Mardin Boru PEX-b Pipes can be manufactured in two different ways, with or without oxygen barrier. The oxygen barrier is provided by coating the outer surface of the pipe with a special material during manufacturing. It protects the metal parts of our barrier installation from the corrosive effect of the heating fluid and the oxygen passing through the pipe surface.
Mardin Boru PEX-b Pipes are manufactured in accordance with TS 10762 EN ISO 15785 standard and are offered to users with confidence.
